Lied to and a waste of time I am writing this review because I wasted time after I got off of work to come to Mazda of Roswell because from Alexxus, I was already “approved.” My I am writing this review because I wasted time after I got off of work to come to Mazda of Roswell because from Alexxus, I was already “approved.” My credit is not great. I am a special case however, this is what I am going through a chapter 7 for. I warned the salesperson that I just want a yes or no answer and that I will not sit around and wait hours for someone to tell me no. She advised me not to worry and to bring the documents request. I said ok. The day of my appointment, I advised that I did not want to drive in the dark so, I wanted to know how long the process was. She stated to go ahead and send the documents in so, she can expedite the process. I sent the documents right away. I get off at 5:00pm EST so, I am already fighting traffic to get there. I get to the dealership and request for Alexxus. Another salesperson named Reuben told me that I still had to fill out a physical application although I sent the documents early. He then stated that he has the best Bankruptcy department. So, I sat down. They I went to look at the car I wanted which was a preowned Chevrolet Impala in white. I advised that I would be able to put down around 2500 (a 500 payment next week and 2000 by the 30th) So, they knew the situation. After that another salesman, came and introduced himself and off the rip flags started raising. 3 different salespersons? Here we go with the games. I told him again, I just need to know yes or no. So, 15 minutes later I was advised due to my special case, my monthly payment was limited to 350.00 per month and the only car on the lot in the range specified by the bank was a 2015 Hyundai Elantra in red. Heartbroken, I looked at the car. Automatically, I saw something broken in the front of the car and plus it is too small. This offer was with 500.00 down. I say all of this to say my time was wasted. This could have been told over the phone. I will admit I was already agitated because of the change in salesmen and the process. Then after it all, you offer me a 14000 car with something chipped in the front of the car. There are other cars on the lot for that price but, I was told there were tiers from the so called bank. Yeah right. The tiers are based on their commission. If you are a special case like me and they tell you that you are approved run! It is a scam or you are limited to something you do not want based off of the commission for the salesperson. I agree I can provide more money down to possibly get a better vehicle but, I will not come back to this lot. Because I was lied to, and my time was wasted when all they had to do was run it over the phone. I know identity fraud is a factor in this but, if I am providing you valid documents it is so easy to just tell me yes or no and avoid wasting my time. STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND STRINGING THEM ALONG!!!!!!!!!!! More
Tried them.. bought elsewhere I am shocked that this site has this dealership rated well. I came here to buy a car (I bought one 10 years prior here and had a good experience). T I am shocked that this site has this dealership rated well. I came here to buy a car (I bought one 10 years prior here and had a good experience). They are so far at the bottom of what a car dealership is that I was shocked and amazed this type of environment still exists. It appears they outsource their weekend sales force to contractors. I make no claims, but the weekend crew is a bunch of young people who follow scripts around "what can you afford?" Horrible. The sales manager is the worst I have ever experienced. He has no ability to see a human as such (only as a mark) and will not answer honestly, take ownership of when he is wrong, nor treat someone with any dignity. I run a large company's sales group. I would NEVER hire anyone of this guy's limited skills to even do paperwork for me. I made a deal with this ..... word omitted... for a CX-5 for my wife. He screwed it up several times until I just walked away. No apologies... no trying to make things right. I went to Jim Ellis(Marietta), made the same offer, and we closed the next day with dignity, timeliness, and the right car (something Roswell could not do). Do not step foot in this place. There are so many better dealerships in the area. Jim Ellis treats people well. Try them. Ask for Dick Whitney. Low pressure, fair dealings, direct sales guy. I get no kickbacks and make nothing on this endorsement (nor do I want anything). I just so despise how poorly I was treated as an educated car chopper at Roswell Mazda that I want to warn others. The worst THEY ARE THE WORST ( PARTICULARLY SALESMAN RUEBAN) Upon arrival everything seemed fine. RUEBAN gave us the good ole' "salesman spill" about how w THEY ARE THE WORST ( PARTICULARLY SALESMAN RUEBAN) Upon arrival everything seemed fine. RUEBAN gave us the good ole' "salesman spill" about how we were "family" and how he'd do anything to help. Little did we know he was full of false promises. Since we didn't find anything that we liked at the dealership RUEBAN explained to us that they could go and get the car we wanted and bring it back. We're told this on a Tuesday and told that our car would at the dealership Friday. LIES! It took an additional week to get THEY ARE THE WORST!!! (PARTICULARLY SALESMAN RUEBANour car. We left the lot only to receive a call 3 weeks later telling us to bring the car back because the finance company hadn't cleared everything. SO WHY GIVE US THE CAR TO BEGIN WITH? Upon bringing the car back we asked for our down payment. They told us we had to wait until the FOLLOWING WEEK! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS More

I was very comfortable with the sales associate and management team. I got a very good deal on a brand new beautiful Mazda CX-5 AWD. These guys know their stuff. Test drive was so much fun and the whole process was not stressful at all. Going to buy or lease a car usually is a tooth pulling and painful process......Not Here! These guys hit a home run with me!!! Dealerships are put under a microscope and the industry has a stereo type but these guys certainly break that mold. More
Forgot to add oil after oil change After having my cars oil changed I drove out of the dealership and quickly noticed a horrible sound coming from the engine as well as the check engine After having my cars oil changed I drove out of the dealership and quickly noticed a horrible sound coming from the engine as well as the check engine light illuminating. I made a u turn drove back in to the dealership. They were very apologetic. But that is a mistake that just can't be made. Hopefully, running the engine that that short period didn't do too much lasting damage. I won't be returning here. More
Worked very hard for my business The entire team at Mazda of Roswell worked for my business. I am a car nut and do my research prior to any automotive purchase. I knew exactly what The entire team at Mazda of Roswell worked for my business. I am a car nut and do my research prior to any automotive purchase. I knew exactly what I wanted when I came into Mazda of Roswell to make a deal. I had prices from other dealers and a good idea of what I needed for my trade. Nate was fantastic and worked with me to get a deal I was very happy with. Every person we worked with was great. Aaron is known around the dealership as the All things Mazda expert and he walked us through all the features of our new MX5. He took his time and answered all questions. Louis the finance guy walked us through the paperwork and was even entertaining during the process. Made the boring part fun, informative and efficient. I can't say enough good things about this dealer. I was that happy. Thanks Mazda of Roswell, I'm having a blast in this go-cart of a car. More
