When Mazda of Roswell comes across any issue, they act quickly to resolve. We want our customers to be completely satisfied. Mazda of Roswell works hard to establish relationships based off honesty and integrity. Honesty and integrity is the only way to operate in any relationship. I apologize if it seemed you were mislead into coming Mazda of Roswell. We take care of all our customers, no matter what the credit situation may be, that's why we have a special financing department that handles your specific needs. We gather as much information from you as possible prior to your initial visit to our dealership. Partly, to save time, but mostly so we can be prepared and fully aware of how to deal particular information collected for our financial institutions. We use words, such as you are "approved", because we actually have an approval. We utilize our sales team on special financing, when one is unavailable, so it doesn't cause you to wait around for someone. We do everything with courtesy in mind for our customers. Buying a car should be effortless and fun. I am sorry our intent was not conveyed nor executed. Now you know the process better, thank you for giving us an opportunity to help you again.

It always helps to receive feedback, so we can improve on our specific skill set. We are skilled and knowledgeable in taking care of the needs and wants that our customers deserve. We strive to deliver great customer service, but with a quality experience. We don't take you or anyone for granted. We take the time to educate and train our sales staff. We believe each individual in this world has value and can bring something to the table. We won't source out for substitute sales, because our customers are too important to us. I know asking questions for some may be tideous and a waste of time, but we need to ask questions so we know how to better serve. We all started out somewhere at some point and time young. Thank you for thinking of us in that light, considering 65% of our staff is over 40. I don't know at what point something went wrong, but our intention was to help find the vehicle of your choice for the needs of your family per your request.
