The sales person was extremely new and on all he was just getting the hang of the job. So I can’t fault him for any of what follows. The dealership was attempting to sell cars that had all been damaged in a hailstorm at a $1000 discount. It is my understanding that any vehicle damaged in an hail storm is considered totaled by an insurance company. The dealership Includes a lot of “” extra things that they consider to be a value however they will not discount those items because they are already preinstalled on the car even if you don’t want it. I was attempting to negotiate a price for a 2016 Mazda6 they were only going to give me $1000 off for the hail damage. After I left the dealership, they followed up with a text message to which I replied stop to and they promptly ignored that and sent me another message asking me if I had any further questions or wanted to follow up regarding the vehicle.
