Your commitment to our communities are greatly appreciated. Ray Gomez, Assistant Service Manger was awesome to deal with. Friendly, honest and goes above and beyond to treat you like family. He is an asset to this company and as the first person you speak with, and leaves you with a lasting positive impression. I was very pleased with the sales experience and wrote a glowing review a I purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Mazda of Palm Beach in late September of 2019. I was very pleased with the sales experience and wrote a glowing review about Joshua LaBarre in sales. Today I went in for my first service at 5000 miles. I had the pleasure of working with Ray Gomez. I found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I was extremely pleased to find out that the service experience was as good as the initial sales experience. This dealer is not the closest to my home but they came recommended by a trusted friend. In February, I bought a Mazda SUV from Saleswoman Catalina. She is the BEST salesperson I’ve ever worked with! She is patient, professional, transparent, and kind. I never once felt pushed or rushed Catalina. She is the BEST salesperson I’ve ever worked with! She is patient, professional, transparent, and kind. I never once felt pushed or rushed into buying a vehicle. I also worked with Jay who is the team leader. He is very friendly and helpful. Even after I bought the car, 1 month later, I needed help with figuring out some car related paperwork, and Catalina helped me.
