Our Salesman, Ben, was very busy when we wanted to see and test drive the car and Palm Beach has made the car buying experience an exceptional one. Evan, the finance guy was very personable and made us feel right at home. Will, the credit guy was personable and extremely fast. We purchased a 2014 CX5 that was at a great price and we made an appointment with the service department to fix some issues, Darren was our service advisor and he was exceptional as well. The repairs took longer than anyone anticipated due to unforeseen issues but at the end of the day, they made it right and safe for the young driver it was purchased for, covering all expenses without question or discussion.
