This has been the salesperson I have ever dealt with, and believe me I have had a lot of new cars in my long lifetime. And the dealership is beautiful and the the managers and assistants are all the greatest believe me I have had a lot of new cars in my long lifetime. I am not a regular client of Palm Beach Mazda but man I would be if I was here. See, I live in Atlanta and they saved me from a catastrophe I had while visiting down here. I was at Kyle G’s in Jensen and would be if I was here. See, I live in Atlanta and they saved me from a catastrophe I had while visiting down here. I was at Kyle G’s in Jensen and the valet lost my keys. Yup. My brand new Mazda CX-30 that I have owned for 3 months and I am 10 hours drive from my spare with no one home to mail it to me and I’m stuck. Mazda Roadside Assistance was great! The tow driver who picked up my car let me ride to the dealership with him and he was charming and delightful and I wish I remembered his name because he deserved a shout out. I had no key to get my car on the flatbed and he took care of my AWD car and got her here safely. Thank you! Then when I called in a panic I got Allen, Service Manager I believe and he was so kind and considerate and then made me laugh and diffused my angry emotions and I truly appreciated that because I was mad about everything at that point. Then the service advisor Jackie, oh my goodness I could take her home with me she was so great! She patiently let me vent my rant about the situation I was now in because I lost a job and now may not be able to pay my bills because I didn’t have my car and she was just kind to me. She was so understanding that when she noticed I was due for an oil change and tire rotation she said they would take care of it for me if I came back before I drove home to Atlanta to keep my car running at her best. When she told Allen she said they’d take care of my oil change he smiled and said “absolutely” with no hesitation. THAT is customer service. That is leadership. That is good business and that is kindness and compassion. I live in Atlanta but I am moving to Florida soon and they way they have treated me and the smiles on the employees faces and kindness they have shown to me, someone who doesn’t live here and didn’t buy my car from them is impressive. Thank you Jackie and Allen for being such wonderful people and you earned my respect. If I am anywhere even close and need anything for my new baby I will 100% use Palm Beach Mazda.
