Excellent customer service I had a great experience at Mazda. The last time I visited Mr. William Hicks assisted me & he was the best. He really had my best interest at heart as I had a great experience at Mazda. The last time I visited Mr. William Hicks assisted me & he was the best. He really had my best interest at heart assuring every aspect was presented and understood with financing or leasing. The team work, professionalism & customer service displayed was excellent! I didn't feel rushed & I walked away with my new car. I'm loving it; very much satisfied that I have a new efficient and safe car to drive. Thank you for making my visit a memorable one. More
Worst in my life This is my first time at this dealer and I would never go back in my life. First of all they lie about the price for the oil change service. It says 84 and then they add 7.79 for something else that they never told you I ended up paying 100. Its not too much but the think is that they make sure nobody tells you that when you leave the car. Brian Bailes was very unprofessional and the guy driving the car, don't know the name was, as well. They say they would do car wash and I'd say my kid would do it better. They only vacuum the driver side and thats it. I really don't know if they did rotate the tires, because I really don't trust them. I wanted to do it the right way. Get my car for the oil change at a Mazda dealer where they are supposed to do the best for your car. The manual tells you to do 7500 miles and they keep saying is 5k. I came because i know the first time is better at 5k but they said it has to be at 5k every time. Mazda should do something. Is their brand which is in play here. More

I'm never caught off guard and always pleased with the service. When my car was damaged Brian Bailes connected me with Brian Goodman, Service Manager. They both made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner, telling me to "just bring the car by" for the estimate. Brain Goodman was quick to provide an estimate That was competitive with outside body shops. Right then we set a time for me to drop off the car for repair. Brian Goodman made sure I had a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to deal with the stress of a rental car and his team completed the job as promised. Lincoln in the Service Dept went the extra mile. Both Brians and Lincoln addressed any concerns I had and I left feeling confident about the work. More
Bought a Cx9 I lease and Cx9 for my wife ... i took delivery of the car without my wife being present and she was having a hard time figuring out the cruise contro I lease and Cx9 for my wife ... i took delivery of the car without my wife being present and she was having a hard time figuring out the cruise control and navi , i had such a good experience with sales that i sent my wife back to the store as i was away the next day on business .. she raved about the place and said everyone was super patient and helpful . 5 star hotel Please looked like a hotel when I pulled up. Came in for brakes and a tire rotation ... was in and out in 1 hour ... staff was friendly and helpful. They tell me it's fixed and then I leave and it shuts off while I'm driving on the highway going 60 miles an hour They were very good with giving me loaners with no deposite because I can not afford it, then all of a sudden when john Bryant leaves who was incredibly helpful they can't do a thing for me I'm stuck with a broken car because I can't afford a loaner and they consistently tell me one thing An then go back on it I was in there today An the manager greg and chris were actually raising there voices yelling at me, very in professional one star is way to good to be giving them, super unprofessional I would only reccomend this place if you like being ripped off, lied to, yelled at, waiting several hours to be ripped off yelled at etc. 10 thumbs down More

Never tried up-selling me, and nobody's tried to sell me a car while waiting for service. Nice waiting area, didn't give me a hard time about my pit bull with me. But- when I was getting recall work done, they kept telling me, "not much longer..." for four hours. Today, just an oil change and tire rotation. I've been here for THREE HOURS. With an appointment. They told me the car was "in wash" thirty minutes ago. The most expensive oil change I've ever had. More
Honest people, did the work I asked and did it right. I trust this service center. They make sure I know what my car needs but they are not pushy when suggesting it. Service department is DISHONEST at best!!! My daughter has had her car for almost 3 years. GREAT car but today several lights came on..check engine being one. We recently had Grieco Mazda ope My daughter has had her car for almost 3 years. GREAT car but today several lights came on..check engine being one. We recently had Grieco Mazda open in our area so she called them. They told her she had to immediately come in for them to look at it to see what the problem is. When she arrived Bradley took her car THEN told her it would be 115.00 "check it out fee" which would then be applied to any work they did. This was NEVER disclosed when she called. I would have taken it to my personal mechanic to "check it out" without any charge. I just spoke with them and told them to release her car immediately but Bradley had "just left". They wanted to be paid before they would release it. HORRIBLE AND DISHONEST! I just called another dealership who said they have heard NUMEROUS issues with the service department "creating" problems for thousands!!! CONSUMER BEWARE. More
