Service Center Sucks My 2014 Mazda has been in 3 times for the same issue. It's currently there for this issue and they have had it 3 weeks saying they can't find the pro My 2014 Mazda has been in 3 times for the same issue. It's currently there for this issue and they have had it 3 weeks saying they can't find the problem. The first time there I paid almost $800 dollars for the repair and less than a month later I was having the same issue. They were telling me they couldn't duplicate the issue which is the car not starting. I did not purchase the car from them but I brought it to their dealership because they are Mazda and I thought it was the best place to bring my Mazda to be repaired. I can't really blame my Service Adviser since he's not actually repairing the car and he's been helpful by keeping me informed which is why I didn't give a 1 for the review. But it doesn't really represent Mazda Service Department well if they can't repair a car that they sell. I will say that they did give me a loaner car to drive while my car is sitting there, but even though it's a newer model car...there's nothing like having your own car. JC More

The first, three of those years, 2015 + 2016 + 2017 this location was titled Grieco Mazda, and under Grieco ownership. I never experienced a problem with servicing my car here. Quality service. with no hassle. No fussy sales people, eager to Sell MY CAR. Over the past year(Summer 2018 to Summer 2019), under new ownership, as Mazda of Palm Beach. Servicing my vehicle here has been a nightmare! This place has noticeably changed for the Worse. Both in Sales and Service. Recently (June 2019) I brought my car in, to be serviced; only to be hustled and hassled by sales people. Three different salesmen push me to sell my car, time and time again. They keep calling me at home, at work. They do not understand the meaning of, NO. Nothing more than a bunch of brainwashed greedy children, who play dirty at Mazda of Palm Beach. AVOID Mazda of Palm Beach. Or you too, will experience an expensive mistake. You have been warned. More

He checked on the status of my service and also got me coffee and pastry! I can highly recommend Phil if you are in the market for a new or used car. This seems to be a trend in the reviews to come see Phil and it is with good reason: he's very knowledgeable about the Mazda lineup, very personable, and is a car guy to boot! My two visits to this dealership have been very pleasant thanks to Phil! Kudos to Matt in service! Very nice guy! More
