Read the small print! Ok lets capture this.. Purchased a brand new Miata was told the first oil change was free. But actually that was within the first 12 months only as it Ok lets capture this.. Purchased a brand new Miata was told the first oil change was free. But actually that was within the first 12 months only as it expires and they punish buyers for not driving their car and you know.. actually loving it. -Read the fine print! Second. It was a $69 oil change that would have been half that at any other facility. Which I thought was high but then when I went to pay it, they even tacked on an additional $1 for topping off the wiper fluid lol so bending us over for a $69 oil change wasn't enough. I mean come on. The carwash they included looked like it was done by someone using their boot as a sponge. Just horrible. The showroom is destroyed from construction so the waiting area is an embarrassment right now. So all in all. I paid more than double of what I should have for the same service. A junky carwash and an hour and a half of my life to do what a better shop would have done in 20 minutes. No, this turned my stomach about pretty much the bait and switch, overpriced service for what a 15 year old could do and a showroom that was more an embarrassment than enticing me to ever come back. More

Very good experience. I was quite happy with the service. Very courteous service agent. She told me it would be an hour. I had a chance to get a bagel and coffe from the ar I was quite happy with the service. Very courteous service agent. She told me it would be an hour.
