All of my visits to this dealership has been one of complete satisfaction. I have been treated respectfully on all visits. When taking my car in for repairs I am promptly waited upon as I enter the garage where one must start in getting ones car serviced. I am asked what trouble I am having with my car, it is checked out while I proceed to a comfortable area where I wait. It never takes all day or part of a day for the service person to get back with me. I must say the prices are reasonable so far! Therefore the rating that I am giving is one of excellence. Really bad car wash We purchased an option to have our car wash and I would never do it again. They washed it at the Orland Park dealer and when I saw it it looked like 3 We purchased an option to have our car wash and I would never do it again.
