I like having Mazda work on the car, but local mechanics are typically much cheaper for obvious reasons. In short, I've recommended the service department and Edyta to anyone that needs work done. Disappointed in Pricing I have always had a nice relationship with Edyta. She always treats me well. I would love to continue to come there,but your prices are getting way to I have always had a nice relationship with Edyta. She always treats me well. I can go to Jiffy Lube and get the same service for almost half the price. They wanted to sell an air filter for $49.00. Iwas able to buy one at Oreillys for $12.00 an install it myself,inless than 5 minutes.My wife;s car is a CX5 and we love it.It is the 3rd. car we have bought from you dating back when you were Community Mazda. I just get very irritated when all I want is an oil change ,and then be told about everything else that should be done. Most of unecessary. Disappointed with car wash I went in for an oil change and a car wash with a mini detail. I paid like $40 for a detail and was not satisfied with the work done for that amount o I went in for an oil change and a car wash with a mini detail. I know this isn't a professional car wash facility but for the price I expected better and by it being Mazda. I guess I thought you guys knew how to make your cars look presentable. They did a half job on the vacuuming and wiping the dash board and things. I told the associate and he took care of the vacuuming. I think you all should do a better job or lower your price. More
