Pleased and grateful! I went to the service department because this was the first time I had to put air in my tires and I wanted to be sure that I reset the warning light c I went to the service department because this was the first time I had to put air in my tires and I wanted to be sure that I reset the warning light correctly. The young man that helped me was very patient and informative. Sometimes I get the 'silly woman asking a silly question' look and tone, but not this time. The young man had the tires checked....just in case.....and it turns out that I had a nail in one tire! They fixed the tire in no time and I went on my way! BTW - I didn't have an appointment! More

Unknown charges We set up an appointment for an oil change but very quickly it was recommended we rotate the tires, then an engine clean for the GDI. Once we got the bill there was 4 or 5 things charged that I have no idea what the heck they were for, totalling $40. Misc charge, mystery gasket, and a charge for inspection when it used to be free at Community Mazda. Uncertain if we will return here for service. More

Quick and Complete I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment but they got maintenance started right away. Memo came upstairs to check if I wanted the tires rotate I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment but they got maintenance started right away. Memo came upstairs to check if I wanted the tires rotated since the mileage was close to needing it, so they did that also. They washed my Mazda 6 for me and I was on my way quickly. fine job The only service I had on new car is the vs 2000. It took a bit longer than was told but that was fine. Once I took the car out of into the sun light, The only service I had on new car is the vs 2000. It took a bit longer than was told but that was fine. Once I took the car out of into the sun light, you could see smudges and white powder on and in the car. I went back in to service department and told them. Two gentlemen came right out and wiped down the entire car, inside and out. They also informed me if you see any more white powder it will dry and fall off. If not, just bring car back and they will take care of it. More

Oil change and tire rotation I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answ I recently had my wife's Mazda3 serviced ... oil change and tire rotation. My question about why synthetic (more expensive) needed to be used was answered well. It was recommended that in addition to the oil change, a tire rotation and other service (clean out fuel injector?) were recommended. I agreed to tire rotation, not to the other. Service agent was not pushy about the recommendation, which I appreciated since us consumers are leery of the "beyond what we need" service push that is too often part of the conversation when getting a car serviced. I will return to this service center. More
