good service but too expensive!!!!!!!! I was happy to call 2 days prior and get an appointment on a Saturday for service. I dropped off my car and they called within 20 minutes to tell me I was happy to call 2 days prior and get an appointment on a Saturday for service. I dropped off my car and they called within 20 minutes to tell me what was wrong (the brakes), I had in addition an oil change and my tires rotated. My bill was over $500!!!!! The whole service didn't take 1-1/2 to 2 hours long which I was happy for but I was so shocked on the price. $200 in labor! I wish I made over $100 an hour! More

Although when I had bought the car 4 months ago, it was dirty from the inside, and there was a minor scratch on drive My service experience went well. Although when I had bought the car 4 months ago, it was dirty from the inside, and there was a minor scratch on driver's door and I was promised that the interior would be detailed, and the scratch would be buffed the next time I'd bring the car in. So when I went this time for my 4 month service visit, I reminded them about this, but sadly no cleaning was done from the inside and the scratch was also not looked at. the oil change and exterior cleaning was good thought. I would have been happier if they had kept their earlier promise. More

This is the t Recently, I brought my car in for scheduled maintenance. Edyta Valfre was the customer service specialist that attended to my service. This is the the fourth or fifth time that she has been my customer service specialist (css). I say "my" css because that is how she makes one feel. She is warm and friendly, always in a good mood; and amazingly, even after my first visit greeted me by name. She is a fantastic person and makes C J Wilson Mazda of Orland Park look good! I noticed that the infotainment screen was starting to have a spiderweb type cracking on it. I didn't pay much attention to it, but it became worse and began to crack in different locations on the screen. I rarely touch the screen because it will not respond while one is driving. I did a little research and found a a few others had a similar experience. Ms. Valfre saw the cracking and soon it will be repaired. She goes above and beyond and really does treat you like family. Kudos to you CJ Wilson Mazda for employing a person with Ms. Valfre's obvious integrity and people skills. Thank you! By the way, you service technicians, though I don't know their names have done great work on my car. I've never had to have a re-repair of any work they've performed. Thanks again! I didn't give a star rating for price, because I have not taken my Mazda to another repair shop to compare pricing. CJ Wilson Service has done such a great job and has been so welcoming, I've never had my Mazda serviced any place else! I used to drive an Audi Quattro A4 and took it to the dealer for service. Their customer service specialists were polite, but not warm. CJ Wilson service is not extravagant. More importantly, it's comfortable! More

2010 CX9 Mazda Service - Purchased 1/2014 Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which Went in for a leak issue. Turns out it was the PTU Unit. Would cost $1554 to repair. Of course they also found other issues, such as tie rod which required alignment and rear axle seal replacement total repair $2000, asked if that included labor/parts and he said yes. Did some research and found out PTU was a known issue as of 4/2014. Unfortunately, it took my car until 103k miles which is over the 100k mile CPO warranty (expire 1/23/17). I called corporate to complain and they gave me a $400 credit. I felt it was a known issue and still should have been 100% covered under CPO warranty. When I picked up the vehicle they added sales tax which I was then told was not included in total estimate. They need to clarify the estimate does not include tax. So I felt my $400 credit was down to $300. They did give me a loaner which helped me to commute to work. As they say, stand behind your product! Love my CX9 and thought about trading it in without paying for reapirs and buying something new but I just couldn't let it go. ZOOM ZOOM!! More
