When I settled on the Mazda CX9, CJ Wilson Orland Park had the model I wanted at the best price. When I went in to pick up the car and do all the paperwork, I was more than impressed. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. Dan Stelmach took a tremendous amount of time with me, explaining everything to my satisfaction with a great deal of patience. He's a "go to" guy! I found a used car online and contacted the this dealership immediately for more information. Sandy Tydd answered the phone and went above and beyond in providing reliable information in any way I preferred (emails, phone calls, texts), which for a young buyer was super helpful. I was so impressed I drove out to check it out. The staff were all welcoming the moment I walked in and ensured me I was well informed of what I was looking at as well as giving me more options. I had been to other Mazda Dealers but none provided better service or deal then CJ Wilson Mazda of Orland Park. After asking a multitude of questions that were all appropriately answered, I made a decision to buy a new 2015 Mazda 3 i Touring. It's an amazing car! Being young and having minimal credit didn't seem to be an issue because they worked to find a way for me to finance my own car. The general manager also stepped in to help with this huge purchase and made sure I didn't feel overwhelmed. Overall, I had a great buying experience, learned a lot and am still receiving great service after I bought my car. I definitely recommend this car and above all this dealership to anyone who wants great service and a great vehicle. More

He gav After test driving the Mazda 6 at my local dealer, I knew it was the car I wanted. I called CJ Wilson Mazda in the afternoon and spoke to Omar. He gave me a price quote on the car within half an hour. They didn't have the car so they had it shipped from another dealership. In 3 hours, I left for CJ Wilson Mazda (which was a 3 hour drive from where I lived) and arrived there at 8:15 pm (dealership closes at 9:00 pm). Omar was great. Within 45 minutes we had signed all the paperwork and were out the door with the new car. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend CJ Wilson to anyone looking to purchase a new Mazda. More
