Alignment I purchased my car from CJ Mazda 6 weeks ago and felt the was something not right. While driving on the highway the car would sway to much for my com I purchased my car from CJ Mazda 6 weeks ago and felt the was something not right. While driving on the highway the car would sway to much for my comfort. The service department was very nice in making time for me to bring the car in after work for them to check the tires, etc. I was then told that they recommend I let them take it to check the alignment. To my shock I initially was told this would cost me $50 as CJ Mazda does not have the alignment equipment. I wish I was informed of this when I bought the car. On a more positive note I commend Oscar Ortiz for his exceptional service and understanding. As I was very frustrated when told this would cost me $50 just to check if the car alignment was off, which by the way it was! He was very professional and took care of getting the alignment taken care of for me at no cost. More

Purpose of Used Audi Found Via the Internet We recently purchased a used Audi that we found through an internet search. I happened to be passing near Orland Park at the same time the car was loc We recently purchased a used Audi that we found through an internet search. I happened to be passing near Orland Park at the same time the car was located. The sales person, Dan Stelmach, was courteous, knowledgeable, and straight forward in his dealings with me. Although they were under no obligation to do so, they allowed me to drive the car to an Audi dealership to have it checked out prior to the purchase. It took a little longer to get the financing arranged than anticipated, but this issue was not because of the dealer. After the purchase was complete, the vehicle was shipped approximately 1500 miles to its new location. I thought the dealership was professional in its dealings with me and Mike Mockaitis in the finance department was thorough in addressing many small details associated with the sale. I would recommend them in the future for a new or used car purchase. More
