Very dishonest finance department. I got the gap and maintenance plan and decided to cancel them 2 weeks after purchasing the car. The finance guy who handle my cancellation never gave me a copy of the maintenance plan and decided to cancel them 2 weeks after purchasing the car. The finance guy who handle my cancellation never gave me a copy of the signed form. He was very short with me when I told him I had go to the car to get the policies. Turns out he was looking at it the entire time and could have pull it up on the computer. 4 weeks later I discovered that he fraudulently discarded or deliberately not turn in the forms to the accounting dept. He is a dishonest a$$ and didn’t want me to cancel the contract bc he losses money. Accounting had to back date the cancellation policy, but had me do the job of finance and fill out the form online, resulting in a clerical error. It is for this reason I would stir clear of this dealership bc fraud and dishonesty permeate Las through that finance dept. the sales folks were great. More
