Good evening, I am reaching out to express my extreme disappointment in Mazda of New Rochelle. On June 26th for a routine service. I was told 1-1.5 hours it took close to 3 hours, I was compensated for disappointment in Mazda of New Rochelle. On June 26th for a routine service. I was told 1-1.5 hours it took close to 3 hours, I was compensated for this and was given a discount. After paying i went to go and get my vehicle and my vehicle was disgusting. I had fast food wrappers in my vehicle, which were not mine. My steering wheel and center consul armrest were completely covered in grease, the bolt to take my tires off, was thrown on the seat. I understand that these things can happen, and all I asked for was to be compensated, fairly. I reached out to management the day of the incident and I was told that they would give me a call back the next day to have my car come in and get detailed. Two days later, I reached out again and was told that I was forgotten, and that they would give me a call after the holiday (July 4th). It is now end of day July 5th and I have still not received a call from Mazda. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service in the service department, this is unfair to a customer who is leased vehicle from you guys and is also come in for three services now. I tried to give Mazda the benefit of the doubt and work with them, because I understand that mistakes can happen. As of this point, I do not think I will be returning to Mazda of New, Rochelle. I don’t believe this customer service is fair to a paying customer. I hope that this does not happen to any future customers and this issue is addressed More
