90 minute wait was actually a 135 minute wait. I wasn't acknowledged upon entering for my service and stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to tell something. I vote an original review because I received a car that had engine malfunction. After I was told it was completed the same issue arose. I want to be very clear, it has nothing to do with Chris. The service I received from Chris has been excellent. He is patient, explains everything, and truly concerns about the happiness of his client. He has excellent client service skills and is an asset to the company is the only reason why I would consider a Mazda in the future. He worked to get me a credit and he worked to set it up so that when the car is ready, it will be delivered to me. I just want to thank Chris More
