I ran into Charles at the receptionist desk today and he let me know he was a sales consultant. He told me massimo was assisting one of his new clients and he would help out instead and not keep me waiting. let me know he was a sales consultant. So Charles helped out with connecting my CarPlay to my vehicle but he found out my vehicle isn’t accessible with CarPlay touchscreen. He said he will speak to massimo and service to further assist on this issue with technology on the vehicles interphase. More

Have not gone to a dealer in years. Got most of my cars from a broker including my friends and family. Mostly Toyotas and Hondas. Went with Mazda of New Rochelle, spoke with Roque. Got a quote, then a little back and forth with the price. Overall, it was very pleasant and quick. Setup a date and schedule pickup.
