I went in ready to buy a car but couldn't have if I'd come in with a bucket of cash. Their computer system was down so they couldn't run any of my credit info (this I'm not as upset about, computers I'd come in with a bucket of cash. Their computer system was down so they couldn't run any of my credit info (this I'm not as upset about, computers have problems, I get it) but the main thing was we were kept waiting for 4 hours before we were told there wasn't a manager there that day so we couldn't have made a deal anyway! They let me take the car home for the night and when I came back the next day the manager started beating me up over the price and my trade in. Terrible customer service. I left and drove an hour down I-10 to Acadiana Mazda and had a MUCH better experience. Make the drive if you're looking for a Mazda. More
