We had a fairly painless experience at Montrose Mazda. Of course it always, seems like, it takes forever to be financed for a vehicle. Zoom Zoom 2014 mazda 3 is my last Mazda I ever own.Replacment :under 2000 pup up display,next when my car was at 7000 and last when 36.700. under 45000miles co 2014 mazda 3 is my last Mazda I ever own.Replacment :under 2000 pup up display,next when my car was at 7000 and last when 36.700. under 45000miles complete brake job, rotors and all components. under 48000 driver seat frame under 55000main display screen was cracking from inside and now 61000 sensors care won't start. Curent service mgr is not interesting to help you out just money.Andre was very good mgr.and work with you and Mazda to minimize your expenses. Not any more and not any more Mazda in my family or recommend to my friends. More
Great service on the purchase of a used car I bought a used car from the dealership and that same evening the check engine light turned on. I brought it back and the service I received was outst I bought a used car from the dealership and that same evening the check engine light turned on. I brought it back and the service I received was outstanding! Bill and team in service determined that I needed a new catalytic converter. This type of work needed repair by a chevy dealership. That was concerning. However, fortunately it was covered under the manufacturers warranty (barely!). Bill took care of everything for me including expediting the repair and providing a rental car. Nice job by all. I will be back! More

I am very impressed with the customer service every time I step onto the property. Recently got my tire repaired because of a pesky nail, and just like day 1 when I signed my lease agreement, everyone was lovely. These people truly treat you like you want to be treated and they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The other impressive part, my mother is a co-signer because I’m still a broke college kid, soon to be teacher, and regardless of her name being on the paperwork, they make sure they address me by my name, instead of my mom. That may seem like a little, insignifcant detail, but it means the world to me. Thank you, Jeremy and staff. I love Montrose Mazda in Kent. More

Shady! Beware! Horrible service. Unreliable vehicles. Shady sales people. $2000 warranty that doesn't cover a freaking thing! 2 weeks in their shop because they coul Horrible service. Unreliable vehicles. Shady sales people. $2000 warranty that doesn't cover a freaking thing! 2 weeks in their shop because they couldn't fix it right the first time and then took forever to do so. Without communication to me, btw. I had to check on it to be told anything. Multiple trips to Kent, which is an hour away from me. Was told they'd make it right, but all they did was give me a xxxx loaner car and a free fluid flush. Which they should have done ANYWAY since it was an overheating issue!!! I've only owned the car 8 months. Been in need of service twice already. The first time was 24 HOURS after I bought it for leaking COOLANT. Shocker that it breaks AGAIN. Untrustworthy company who will not go out of their way for anything. Thanks for charging me so much I can't even make the next payment, buy groceries for my family, or make my mortgage on time! More
