My car buying experience was the best! My experience with Montrose Mazda of Kent, and specifically with salesman John Smith, was awesome. I highly recommend the dealership and John. When I got to the dealership, John was super laid back and immediately made me feel at ease. He carefully and patiently listened to my needs. There was no high pressure techniques. He just gave me useful info and even rode with me on the test drive. The SUV was in excellent shape and reasonably priced. After the drive, John was very friendly and frank in the negotiation aspect. He was able to get the monthly payments to what I told him I could afford, and I ended up getting an awesome SUV. Even after I signed on the dotted line, he still had the car fully detailed while we I was working out the financing, which was a nice (and unexpected) touch. I feel he went above and beyond by doing this. I drove the SUV home, and the next day he called to make sure everything was going ok. So even after having sold me the car, he still took everything seriously - again going above and beyond. Overall it was a very positive experience and I feel the dealership and John in particular care deeply about the customer experience and they treat their customers with respect and honesty. I would definitely buy my next car from Montrose Mazda of Kent. More
Terrible sales experience! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I had a few promising phone calls and email exchanges with the sales rep. I had given him the offer of another nearb DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I had a few promising phone calls and email exchanges with the sales rep. I had given him the offer of another nearby dealership and he claimed he "could match their offer all day long" and that he "would not want to lose [my] business over a few hundred dollars." He gave me his offer which he clearly stated was after tax on multiple calls. It all sounded great, and I was almost ready to make the trip down to the dealership. However, when I asked him to confirm the number in writing and that it was after tax, he confirmed the number, gave his ability to match the other dealer's number "all day long" again, and intentionally neglected to leave out the post tax part. I asked again for him to confirm it was post tax via email and didn't hear back from him. I called him instead, and when prodded to clarify he claimed that the number was not only BEFORE tax, but that it didn't include the rear camera package I was looking for either! I called him out (but not rudely), and he said he had been with customers all day and doesn't remember the numbers I was claiming. He apologized and said it was a misunderstanding on my part, that I must have mis-heard him, but I told him he said it clearly on several occasions. Then he said he couldn't talk because he was with a customer at that moment. I called back twice, and each time he conveniently claimed to be with a customer. He said he would call back and never did. Obviously I am going with the other dealer and am glad I discovered the true nature of this dealership before making a trip down there! Definitely avoid this place! More

Jeff Ross met me at the door with a smile and helped us through the entire experience! He made a huge effort to make sure that making such a big decision wasn't stressful, but enjoyable! He was very knowledgeable in the vehicle and the different ways I could customize my package to fit me perfectly. From the initial demo and test drive of the CX-5 to the end of my time with Jeff, he listened and guided me into the perfect car for me! Mazda's finance team gave me a wonderful opportunity as well! I have no credit history and was very concerned that getting a new car would be impossible! Not true with Mazda! I was able to work out a plan that fit my abilities just right. THANK YOU MONTROSE MAZDA OF KENT! THANKS JEFF ROSS! I'm extremely happy with my car and driving to work this morning was a blast!! More
New Car I have wanted a new Mazda 3 for quite some time. I was finally in the position to buy and when I went to Montrose Mazda I was not treated well at all. I have wanted a new Mazda 3 for quite some time. I was finally in the position to buy and when I went to Montrose Mazda I was not treated well at all. The sales man was a young man and he was very pleasant however the man behind the desk was very rude. He simply stated he could not help me at all. There were no questions asked nothing. So I went next door and left with a brand new Ford Focus. Everything happens for a reason and I am so glad I did not buy from these people. The sales man and finance dept at Klaben Ford are a five star team. Check them out!! More

Michael Fetty completely made my car shopping experience!!! I have nothing but positive things to say about Montrose Mazda of Kent!! The entire staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to me/my toddler who ha I have nothing but positive things to say about Montrose Mazda of Kent!! The entire staff was extremely friendly and pleasant to me/my toddler who had to tag along through the car shopping process. However, my salesman Mike Fetty was the real reason this experience so great! Mike went way above and beyond as a salesman from interacting with my toddler to returning my garage door opener I had left in my old car. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, realistic, and approachable that this alone was enough to sell me any car on the lot. I had a bit of a tight situation to work with, but between Mike and the sales manager( who was just as wonderful) Rick Hammer, I drove home with my new favorite car! I am now currently leasing a Mazda CX5 and LOVE it!! Thanks to Mike, Rick, Gerry and the rest of the staff, I had an all around amazing experience and am telling everyone about this fantastic customer service! More

The people are very friendly! Would highly recommend Montrose Mazda of Kent! We found a CX9 at a great price on their internet site and drove approximately 70 miles to look at it. Salesperson Tiffany Montrose Mazda of Kent! We found a CX9 at a great price on their internet site and drove approximately 70 miles to look at it. Salesperson Tiffany Holmes and finance guy Kevin Kneebusch helped to make buying a new car a less stressful process. Tiffany was very thorough at telling us about the CX9 and made us feel real comfortable on our test drive (It was like taking a drive with a friend or family member). Kevin did a great job with the financing working to get us the best rate and deal. Kevin also made us feel very welcome and worked hard to get us a monthly payment we were comfortable with. We Love our new CX9!!! More
