Almost a great visit Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate that my car was taken in on time...great. I was impressed by how quickly my phone call was returned when I had to leave All of the service members I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and when I arrived Jeff got me checked in and set up with a loaner car in just a few minutes. Good but used to do the same for less $$ So, now that my vehicle is out of warranty...they want to charge me a ton for coolant flush, brake fluid flush, spark plug change, engine air filter c So, now that my vehicle is out of warranty...they want to charge me a ton for coolant flush, brake fluid flush, spark plug change, engine air filter change, passenger compartment air filter change, and a few other things for a number that makes me laugh. I can have the same work done by my trusted mechanic for about half their number. Oh and the full synthetic oil change for less as well. So unfortunately for you..I will not be back. More
