I purchased my car at Mckinney Mazda in Easley, SC. where I live, But I drive to Greenville, SC to get my service done with Benson Mazda because of how good the customer service is there. When I purchased my Mazda CX3 in 2016 Mckinney would not give me a free oil change. Saying they did not do that anymore. I decided to drive to get my first oil change at Benson and told them what happened, they then offered me a free oil change there. They said they always give one to their new car buyers. That is what good customer service is! This makes me feel good about taking car to a dealership who appreciates it's customers. More

10,000 mile Service for our CX-9 Jeff Mann coordinated the 10,000 review for our CX-9. He explained the needed service, indicated the anticipated time required and had the car ready o Jeff Mann coordinated the 10,000 review for our CX-9. He explained the needed service, indicated the anticipated time required and had the car ready on time. He is very effective and a delight to work with. He and Stan Shockley were major factors in our division to continue with Mazda. I shared with Stan that we had purchased new the previous day, and he offered to pair them with our car. This saved a lot of time for me, because I didn't have to get our the manual. I met briefly with Andy Brand to discuss the lease and he was very helpful. He and Andy Rainwater handled the paperwork when we acquired the car and did an outstanding job. Bradshaw has a great team in place!!!! More
Very well done and in a timely manner. The diagnostics were done in as soon as I arrived and they determined it would take a day to determine the cause of my problem. They called me the next day and fixed the problem and took care of the list of additional work I requested and my car was ready for me within 36 hours. I was very pleased with the timing, the work and the price. Jeff was my service manager and he was terrific. Kept me informed and updated on the progress of the work and was a joy to work with. More
