First, thanks for being a loyal customer. Since we purchased the dealership, we have made many changes. Some service prices have changed, but are competitive with any other shop or fast lube type center. Our synthetic oil service is actually less than Jiffy Lube, and we offer free drinks & snacks and a shuttle service. Our new car pricing structure has changed too... actually lower prices than were offered before. We're selling far more cars than the previous owner so we're offering much better prices due to volume discounts. MSRP's have gone up, but the price you pay relative to that has actually decreased! And we have over 300 reviews on dealer rater since last February(2019) saying how great & easy it is to buy. Finally, we are a business. Businesses operate to make a profit. There's a reason this store was "for sale" when it was purchased. We're competitive, but we're not operating with losses anymore. If the place you worked lost money on every customer just to make sure they were happy, how long would it be in business? Call around... you'll see that our prices aren't out of line. Then take into account that our technicians have been here many years, (All stayed from previous ownership) and they're constantly being trained & educated on the latest Mazda changes. Peace of mind that your oil cap & plug have been installed right, the best oil is in your vehicle & you are covered by our service protection isn't worth $2-5 more than an "Express Lube?"
