I purchased a new IPhone and couldn’t get my 2020 CX5 to recognize it for Apple Car Play—the Apple Car Play line remained grayed out. Tried EVERYTHING suggested on the internet. Finally called Bradshaw Ma recognize it for Apple Car Play—the Apple Car Play line remained grayed out. Tried EVERYTHING suggested on the internet. Finally called Bradshaw Mazda and said HELP! Stan in the service department tried to help me over the phone but it still wouldn’t work. He told me to come in to the dealership that day and he would get it working, And he did! Turns out my IOS needed to be updated on the Mazda. Stan was wonderful—thank you, Stan!!! A definite asset to Bradshaw Mazda. More
