This was such a great experience - they were spot-on with all of l the things you’d hope/expect to see - everyone was extremely friendly, parts I needed for my car were in stock, and they worked to get my ca all of l the things you’d hope/expect to see - everyone was extremely friendly, parts I needed for my car were in stock, and they worked to get my car back to me the same day. But the standout is that before you approve any work, they send you a video walkthrough done by the mechanic of anything they find, along with them describing their recommendations. This kind of transparency was a real eye-opener for me… like, oh, THIS is how you can get your car fixed and also feel like you were a part it, instead of just being there to listen and pay! More
