Oil was 3 quarts low on my Mazda cx9 and one tire very low in air and had a nail after maintenance and inspection. Yet they suggested replacing steering fluid ( not that important but cost around $120) Al low in air and had a nail after maintenance and inspection. Yet they suggested replacing steering fluid ( not that important but cost around $120) Also after they finished and delivered the car I found a problem with the outer sensor locks the following day. Had to take it back to get that fix and had to spend the whole day without my car cause of their mistake. A very inconvenience to find others to help me for getting around and picking up my kids from school ect... Seems like they only want to fix things that make em the most money and don't really care about what's important for the life of the car or care about the customer at all!!!! Had middle console taken out and replaced steering fluid and fix a bad window cost $850 outrageous prices!!! Never will be back to this dealer won't recommend at all!! More
They did a great job replacing the water pump on my Mazda CX9. It was expensive, but the workmanship was worth the price. However after spending almost $4000.00 they didn't even have the presence of mind t CX9. It was expensive, but the workmanship was worth the price. However after spending almost $4000.00 they didn't even have the presence of mind to return it to me washed and vacuumed, thus the 4 srar rating. Every good dealer that I have spent this kind of money with gave me back a clean car and I expected them to do so too! More
