JoLynn was my contact and she did an amazing job! Scheduling was great - I had a flat tire to be patched. Instead of sending me to Les Schwab they got me in ASAP. My first Service visit here was a Welcoming and Satisfying Experience. I showed up way too early, but nevertheless I was accommodated right away. My Service Advisor, Jolynne Baertlein was so Courte Satisfying Experience. I showed up way too early, but nevertheless I was accommodated right away. My Service Advisor, Jolynne Baertlein was so Courteous and Efficient. (I found out later that she is a Service Manager). She made sure and did research of my Mazda CX5 historical and consistent service records from Mazda of Salem so that all necessary or recall service is performed in a seamless manner. I will now be Establishing this Service Center for both of my CX5 and Mazda3 as my family and I have recently moved to Clackamas. Thank you. More
I packed a lunch and a drink as well as a book, figuring I would be waiting for quite awhile. Surprise! My car was ready in about 45 minutes. As usual the service today at Gladstone Mazda was excellent. Got a new CX-5 yesterday, and the service department helped swap and install the tow hitch from the older trade-in vehicle onto the new on excellent.
