I got an official Mazda roof rack and rails put on my car. Once the parts were in stock they called me right away to schedule installation. Took car in for its 45,000 service. Mazda of Gladstone is customer oriented. The service area is the best I have ever had in 65 years of car ownership. Just bought a CX-5 from them. Did a lot of researches online and went through hassles contacting multiple dealerships. Their process is by far the most simplified and streamlined one. Came in at 30k mile for the 2016 CX5 oil change. Was helped my the green team and Jolynne. We could not have received better service from each of them.
