I've owned several cars th It's been nearly two years since I last left a review on this site, so this is really just an update of my previous post. I've owned several cars throughout my life and taken them to different mechanics with varying results, some good and some not so good. The thing I've noticed about this particular dealership's service department is that the quality has remained consistent since my first visit. There's been plenty of auto shops where I've had to return my car the next day because they either didn't fix the original problem correctly, or created another one that hadn't previously existed. I've never had that issue here, because they do it right the first time. Since they only use quality factory parts, it increases peace of mind, while also keeping my visits/expenditures to a minimum. All of the staff, from the mechanics to the service department employees, are friendly and knowledgeable, especially Avalon, who's been taking really great care of me since she very first started working here. If you have a Mazda that is in need of routine maintenance or repairs, I would say this is the place to bring it to. More

Awesome Service Department I actually purchased my Mazda at a different dealership, but was looking for some place closer to home to take my car for standard maintenance and/or I actually purchased my Mazda at a different dealership, but was looking for some place closer to home to take my car for standard maintenance and/or repair. Mazda of Gladstone is currently the go-to place for awesome and thorough mechanical service, not to mention Avalon Harris is a rare exception in the customer service business. She is a genuinely kind and caring person who makes you feel good about spending your hard-earned $$$ for whatever is necessary to keep your car in tip-top running condition. The great thing about this dealership's service department is they never try to sell you something you don't need or want, unless it's recommended on your vehicle's maintenance service schedule. Good quality factory parts, courteous and caring customer service, and professional mechanical expertise make it worth-while to continue bringing my Mazda6 to this particular shop. More
