Defective Battery One day the battery in my 2012 Miata decided to die. I went over to the dealer and bought a new battery. Within weeks the battery started giving me One day the battery in my 2012 Miata decided to die. I went over to the dealer and bought a new battery. Within weeks the battery started giving me trouble. Thinking it was something other than the battery I brought the car in and was given a quote for the diagnostic testing and after my explanation Avalon said that if it was just the battery that they would waive that fee. After charging the battery they found that it would not hold a charge. They replaced the battery and did not charge me for the battery only the labor which was way less than the diagnostic fee. More

It appeared I couldn't get in. I called the dealership, and got Renze, a sales person, since the parts department and service were closed. He took the time to walk me through the process of removing a hidden key from the remote, unlocking the car, and then using the sensor in the key to start the car.....all of this I had forgotten about since it was explained to me 7 years ago when I bought the car. He was very helpful and patient in the process. More
Great Service I called in because my TPMS light went on. My tires didn’t look low but when I called they said I should bring it on in just to be safe. I didn’t even have an appointment but they saw me the second I got there and while my baby and I waited in the side room they quickly examined my tires and found that I had a nail with a slow leak in one of them. They were able to repair it quickly and get us on our way!!! Avalon was very kind and helpful, especially as we hadn’t planned on stopping and I had nothing for the baby to play with. More

Great cars. Good people. One small complaint. First of all, I couldn't be happier with my 2014 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. It's a great car and I'll be driving it for many years to come. However, the First of all, I couldn't be happier with my 2014 Mazda 3 Grand Touring. It's a great car and I'll be driving it for many years to come. However, the service department at Gladstone Mazda is, in my opinion, a little stingy. When I brought my vehicle in for routine service, the technician who worked on my car noted that the air filter was dirty. This begs the question: why wasn't a new one installed? Another thing.....my service agreement expires this year.....I think in July. I reckon I'll only have 40,000 miles on my car by then. I asked if I could get new spark plugs put in before the agreement expires and I was told that spark plugs are only replaced at 75,000 miles. Do you see what I'm getting at? I did pay for a four-year service agreement. I did actually paid for all of that, didn't I? Don't get me wrong, I couldn't be happier with the way the people at Gladstone Mazda have treated me over the years. They're good folk, to be sure. I just wish they'd cut me a little more slack. More
