Happy as always I went in to have my brakes checked, but finally got my oil change done too. It was a pleasant experience the whole time. I brought my dog, as usual, I went in to have my brakes checked, but finally got my oil change done too. It was a pleasant experience the whole time. I brought my dog, as usual, and she was greeted with such love and excitement that I am so happy to be there, despite the distance that I have to drive. I showed up earlier than my appointment, but I was greeted so warmly by Avalon. I’m gonna miss her since she won’t be there anymore, but the other service advisors are really nice too and dote on my dog as well. My appointment was at two, but because they got to work on it right away, I was done by 2:32. More

Great service! I always get great service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. I called when my oil change indicator came on. What an outstanding staff. Coming to Gladstone Mazda is like being surrounded by friends. Everyone is very friendly. I requested the music be turned down while I was waiting f Coming to Gladstone Mazda is like being surrounded by friends. Everyone is very friendly. I requested the music be turned down while I was waiting for David Goodwin to finish with my car and they immediately complied. The main reason for me driving from Salem to Gladstone is David. I know that he is a very competent mechanic and that when he does an oil change or anything else with my car, that he will also check for other possible problems and will not try to throw in a repair that is not required. As long as David is at your dealership, I will drive the distance. While processing my payment, the man and lady (sorry I am bad about names) that were working the desks and I were laughing and joking (and picking on David) which makes paying a bill a positive experience. By the way, I took advantage of the free car wash at the Chevron and I will not go back there again. My car is as dirty as when I pulled in, just FYI and no reflection on your dealership. More
