Service Team Cares About Customer Experience My Mazda CX-3 needed a 30K mile maintenance. I found a coupon online and set up an appointment. Kenny said it would be ideal to leave the car overni My Mazda CX-3 needed a 30K mile maintenance. I found a coupon online and set up an appointment. Kenny said it would be ideal to leave the car overnight, and before I could even sigh, he offered a loaner car. All I had to do when I arrived was show my drivers license and sign to confirm my insurance would cover me, then they handed me the keys to another nice Mazda for the duration of the service. When I picked up the car, the price was courtesy discounted even a bit lower than the coupon price for the service. I was also given two coupons to get a car wash at any Washman location. I said I recalled that they used to give coupons to a small car wash behind a gas station up the street. Kenny said that he took his own car through weekly to ensure the car wash was well-maintained so the dealership customers would get a good car wash from their coupons. He discovered that the car wash behind the gas station was not well maintained, and sections of the equipment would go out and not get repaired. So he switched the dealership customer coupons over to the more reliable Washman service. He said that any business he sent a customer to use was a reflection on the Mazda dealership, and he believes he had a duty to try to make sure it's a good reflection. Kenny and the other service team members really care about customer experiences. It's refreshing! More
