We paid for a diagnostic so we wouldn't do any unnecessary work, took more than 2 weeks to get the part, while we got no updates and had to keep calling and getting transfered to an extension that unnecessary work, took more than 2 weeks to get the part, while we got no updates and had to keep calling and getting transfered to an extension that never picked up and dropped my call, and after the car was returned to us nothing has improved. So we took it again and this time it was marginally better, but far from fixed. We had to take it elsewhere so it could actually be fixed. On both occasions we got loaner cars, and we received a call 2 months later saying very accusatorial that we still had a loaner car, and they weren't even sure if they had ever returned our car to us. Stay away from this dealer lest you find yourself dealing with horrible customer experience when dealing with the service department. More
I’m always so happy to get my car serviced at Mazda of Gladstone. Everything always runs so smoothly with checking in and the waiting area is comfortable. I was told the appointment would last about 1 and 1/2 hours and I got a text letting me know my car was ready at 1 hour 40 minutes. My car runs great and everyone is so nice. And all my records are in one place. Happy customer! More
