They were unable to locate it for me and was going to be forced into ordering one. After double checking the Mazda website the one I was looking for popped up at this dealer. I called and spoke with Arturo and he ran out to the lot and took a picture to prove he had it. It had just come in the night before. I explained the price I was quoted by the other dealer and within the hour I had a promise of the same price and was told the car was mine. Drove down an hour later and took a quick test drive. The car was still wrapped in plastic. In 90 minutes my wife and I were driving away in our new Mazda for the exact price I was promised over the phone. The financing was good and we were approved for 2.79% within minutes. Of course there was the obligatory sales pitch by the finance guy to get us to buy add ons. He only pushed hard on the maintenance program but after explaining my reasons by declining it we moved on. I know they make extra commission on these and he disappointment was obvious but the process was painless otherwise. Arturo was excellent and knows his product. He answered every question I had by showing me the answer, no guessing. If he didn't know he looked it up in the manual and showed me his findings. He was funny and courteous, and obviously like what he does. The building is under construction so everything happens in a mobile trailer. Its a bit worn down but they is was comfortable and warm. Great experience for the second time I went in to look for a car to replace my econo box that I had. I was paired up with Emileigh and we went to look at a few cars. She took the time to ask real questions and try to find the car for me. After finding one and taking it for a generous test drive, I decided it was worth the cost. The remaining process was pretty painless, even with it being a busy Friday. I appreciate the demeanor of all involved in the sale. She respected our request of how we wanted to be contacted regarding our questions in a timely and professional manner. She even set up an opportunity for us to actually see each of the different models with all of the trim levels. During the test drive no time frame or distance by her was determined allowing us to understand all of the new technology on new vehicles including the increased safety features, improved navigation explaining updates are available via our home laptop when Mazda issues. When we determined which color and trim level she researched to locate our new 2016.5 Mazda and delivered to our home once it arrived off the ship. She continued to deliver excellent customer service as she connected our smartphones, set the navigation and safety features to meet our needs following "the sale". What Happened to the High Pressure, Haggle Experience? I had been in a crash and needed a new car. After researching, I realized the Mazda 3 was for me. I looked at all the dealers in the area, printed out I had been in a crash and needed a new car. After researching, I realized the Mazda 3 was for me. I looked at all the dealers in the area, printed out cars that I wanted to check out at each dealer as well as their incentives. I was ready for battle! I had been connected with Kat when I was looking at the cars online for Gladstone Mazda and she was very flexible to change appointments to meet my schedule. She wasn't pushy at all and when I finally got into the dealership I let her know what I was looking for. We test drove the different trim levels that I wanted and when I decided on the smaller engine model, she didn't try to push me to the bigger one or make me uncomfortable with my decision. She showed me the dealer invoice and msrp info and went through the available discounts she could get me (there was one I didn't think I was eligible for, but she found out I was). She explained the discounts the other dealers were showing and was up front with me. I felt like I got a good deal and even went onto kbb to look at fair market pricing and everything she had showed me, matched up and I did get a good price! I was originally planning on financing through my credit union but after everything was said and done, the finance manager was able to get me a better interest rate AND longer terms! They filled the gas tank and detailed the car as I worked with financing. I spotted a scuff mark on the car when I was getting ready to leave and the GM went out and cleaned it himself in his nice shirt and tie (turned out it was leftover wax from the detail)! I was very impressed by my whole experience. If you're planning on buying a car and you think you can go into the dealership and be out in an hour, that's an unrealistic expectation. More

Kat Klagis sent us quote for the car we wanted (mazda3) and did everything perfect. From down to her pricing to alleviating any misunderstandings, she nailed it. Then for 3 days the finance team worked on it....(yes it took that long) but IT WAS WORTH IT! We now have a brand new car in the driveway with a little more than 10% finance charge.
