This one was by far the most responsive, able to work with me on price and financing. They bent over backwards to make this deal happen for a relatively inexpensive car. When the loan rate I got was a bit high, they were able to talk to the bank and lower it. And the best part: they even picked me up from the airport ! Concierge service. It was like I was buying a Ferrari, not a Mazda. More

From the moment I spoke to Kat and the team at Gladstone Mazda I knew I was in terrific hands. Friendly and knowledgeable are just two of the many positive adjectives I could use to describe them. A very pleasant experience. I was able to work out the terms of the lease via email and there were no changes or games when I arrived to sign the paperwork. It was all very simple and straight forward which I appreciated. We were in and out in 2 hours when we were shooting for 90 minutes. I don't know what to compare it to but it was a busy Saturday afternoon at the dealer. More

Being a first time buyer I was pretty nervous about the whole experience but the whole atmosphere and staff were very low pressure. He was very patient and answered all my questions, explaining everything in excellent detail. Chris in Finance was also very helpful and pleasant, he was able to bring me more savings and value. I was at the dealership for close to four hours and everyone was accommodating and attentive the entire time. After everything was done, they were even able to bring my old vehicle back to my place (in Vancouver!). Definitely would recommend Gladstone for anyone looking for a Mazda. I'm loving my Mazda 3... Like most other people, I dread the necessity of buying a car. I can't believe I can say this was truly a great experience. Every question I had was answered. I felt no pressure or frustration from any of the staff. Nate in finance was wonderful and I have to mention I think David is quite the artist ;) I tried other dealerships before this one and walked away. It was a waste of time. I will return here with my family and recommend everyone I know to try Mazda of Gladstone. Thank you guys! More
I LOVE MY NEW MAZDA!! I came in to replace my first ever brand new car, a 2012 Mazda 3 iTouring with Skyactiv. It was a difficult situation for me as my car, my baby, had I came in to replace my first ever brand new car, a 2012 Mazda 3 iTouring with Skyactiv. It was a difficult situation for me as my car, my baby, had been totalled in an accident caused by a hit and run driver who hit me. My insurance company paid out way below it's replacement value (about $2-3,000). I had just paid the loan off. Lynn was very sympathetic and friendly. After a few test drives at other dealerships, I was happily surprised at a few things when I came in: 1. Lynn had found the exact model, color, trim and options I was looking for before I came in. 2. The price was equal to quotes emailed to me by other truecar identified dealerships. The price was equal to or less than dealerships I had met with before- not truecar identified dealers. 3. The dealership worked really hard to find me financing with good interest rates. I ended up in a really good place. My rate is not an amazing rate, but in my situation the rate was remarkably lower than anticipated. With identity theft in my past and a lower credit score, dealerships or credit unions were quoting much higher interest rates. 4. This is the second Mazda 3 I have bought new off the lot. This time my new car was presented with pomp and circumstance. The awesome team at Gladstone Mazda brought my new car in to the showroom so that it was waiting for me with a bow on it. Pictures of the occasion were taken and sent to me so now I have a photo memorial of the purchase. I was given a very detailed instruction session on all of the little things that the car can do and how to program it. The last time I purchased a new Mazda (for a steal of a deal in 2012) the dealership spent forever with paperwork and then we went to a gas station to put gas in the car. They gave me the keys at the gas station after they filled up the tank. I learned how to work everything by pushing buttons or by looking at the manual. 5. The amount of time and attention I was given by staff was amazing and different from any other dealership I had been to. I feel bad that I don't remember the name of the amazing guy who helped me with my financing but he was awesome. Lynn was amazing. Everyone there was doing a great job. At the end of it all, I got a great car, great financing and a good price ...and the experience was fun! I did feel that the financing talk felt like it got a bit into a confusing place with so many numbers being thrown around and maybe I spent more than I had planned- but I added some very important features, protections, services and warranties I hadn't planned on when price shopping. They were things I needed and am happy to have. More

We drove 100 miles and customer service at Gladstone Mazda did not disappoint. Kat was very helpful with information and being available when needed for questions over the phone. She was unable to be in the store when we came in but gave us the name of Emileigh who was equally great! No pressure at all and listened to exactly what we wanted. Everyone was awesome!! It was a great experience and we have already told family and friends to go see them when looking for a new car and the best customer service. Thank you guys so much!! We love the car and will be back for sure. More

I was also contacted by another dealership, but Gladstone Mazda had a better offer and to be honest, I felt that Lynn had my best interest in helping me get into the right car. She was prompt in getting all of my questions answered and didn't hesitate to work with me to get the best deal. I was also given a tour and all of the staff seemed friendly and very easy to work with. I was in and out of there in no time!
