There was not that feeling at Gladstone Mazda- we got Carfax info on a car my daughter liked and the next day came back with my husband- drove the car- worked with Alex, bought the car and were very pleased with the experience. Best Mazda dealership and best dealership around I worked with 3 other dealerships before I found out about Gladstone Mazda. My experience with the other dealers was absolutely terrible. I spent a co I worked with 3 other dealerships before I found out about Gladstone Mazda. My experience with the other dealers was absolutely terrible. I spent a couple hours on the phone with the first dealership talking about the car I wanted and the price I wanted. When I came in the next day to actually see the car before I signed the paperwork, I was told the car sold and he tried to sell me another car I did not want. I spent 5 hours at the previous dealership trying to negotiate a deal on the car I wanted only to see that the car had scratches all on the bumper. They sent the car to get fixed up twice and each time the car came back with new damage on it. I was about to give up with buying a new car altogether until I worked with Katt from Gladstone Mazda. I told her about my horrible experiences with the three other dealerships and Katt really came through. Everyone at Gladstone made car buying a great experience instead of a stressful one. They had exactly the car I wanted without a scratch on it. I was treated with respect and Katt really went out of her way to give me a great deal and make sure I was well taken care of. She was very straight forward, broke all of the expenses down for me and took the time to show me everything I would be getting in my new car. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a Mazda to visit Gladstone first to avoid going through the same horrible experience I had at other dealerships. More
