The Salesman, Bob Greig, was wonderful, knowledgeable and a no pressure salesman. He worked with me and I felt comfortable the entire time. The sales manager was so kind and worked with me to get a fantastic deal, all the time making it fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this dealership now. My past experience was horrible and was settled by the Better Business Bureau. I hope they keep this Sales Manager and Bob Greig around for a long time. They happened to have precisely the model I wanted on the lot, and after some back-and-forth with another dealer, MoG managed to match the offer and get me out with a down payment and monthly payment I could live with. Bob was helpful, friendly, and took me on a great test-drive that really showed off the 3. It was also nice that they didn't hit me hard during the finance portion; everything went smoothly, quickly and easily. Mazda of Gladstone, and in particular Alex Parra, changed my opinion completely! Alex showed me the three cars i was interested in side by side and explained all the features and differences. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to talk me into one or the other. He truly wanted to know what I wanted and found that for me! No sales pitch! No talking me up! Just straight facts and information with a serious desire to help me get what I wanted! Clear through the purchasing process, he was straight forward and honest! We did look at other dealerships and they still haven't got the message as to what makes a happy customer! Frustrating and maddening to say the least! Mazda of Gladstone had the car I wanted, at the lowest price, and with outstanding helpful people! Service plus!!! I never thought I would ever say my car buying experience was great but It was!
