They set the bar for customer service at car dealerships I live a couple hours away from the dealership. They were able to negotiate a deal all over the phone and respected that I would have to make a drive I live a couple hours away from the dealership. Something ended up happening to the car and it got a small crack in the bumper. They paid for a completely new bumper and honored the deal we made prior to the bumper cracking. They gave me a great deal, gave me an awesome loaner car while I was waiting for my new car, and they even drove it to my work a couple hours away to swap the cars so I didn't have to make another trip to the dealership. Everyone was so nice the entire time, Manny was very personable, and Mazda made buying the car a piece of cake. These guys set the bar when it comes to customer service, and I never expected such a wonderful experience purchasing a car. I would recommend these guys and without a question would buy another car here! More

Was able to do credit application in advance of going to the dealership so we didn't have to wait for it while we were there. Manny spent a great deal of time going over the features of the car with our primary driver. This was really imperative, because the car has so many great features. If you are looking for a Mazda and a pleasant buying experience, I would recommend this dealership. BTW, they have a great TV in the waiting area and we were able to watch our favorite college football teams play during our time there. More
