I'm happy to report that one year later, I'm even more positive about the experience than I was at the time of purchase. Manny and Carmen worked together to provide me with a sound vehicle at a fair price. Their friendliness and helpfulness didn't end the day of purchase (as is so often the case), but they remain ever-available, even a year later, to respond to any question or need. The entire Mazda team, from sales to service, are courteous, highly professional, kind, competent, and helpful. Each is ready to assist , even to the smallest detail. For example, when my key remote was slow, I stopped at the parts dept. to ask about it. The attendant looked it over, and installed a new battery, on-the-spot, free of charge. That's good service! I've been especially pleased with any phone interaction--real people, speaking directly to me, taking care of business efficiently, and in a pleasant manner.
