I was in a less than advantageous position when buying this time my credit was a little tarnished. Mazda of Gladstone treated me with the upmost respect the entire time and did not think any less of me just continued to make a deal happen. Savannah and Carmen put me right into the car I wanted and we're very knowledgeable about the features and Savannah even personally delivered my vehicle which was amazing. After the deal hadone been made the dealership came back with a new contract because they had gotten me an even lower APR. That should speak volumes about this dealership after a deal was already made they continued to see my best interest served above their own. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. She took me around the lot in a snow storm, there was a car that fit what we were looking and I explained I had to come back with my daughter, we exchanged information and there was no pressure. I liked that. I called later to see how late they were open and if we could come back to test drive the car, when we arrived it was really snowing, she liked the car and we did a quick haggle and agreed on the final price. The financing process was quick and everyone stayed late to finish the process, very friendly, they followed up the next day with a few details, I would buy there again. More
