Most recent experience at Momentum Mazda Had CX-5 serviced. Service staff was very courteous and helpful. Suggested additional service I needed, but did not insist that it had to be done. Unskilled Mechanics. Not Customer Oriented. I have a older 99' model Mazda, and I brought it to the "Mazda" dealership in good faith that my issue would be corrected. All I've experienced is pur I have a older 99' model Mazda, and I brought it to the "Mazda" dealership in good faith that my issue would be corrected. All I've experienced is purchasing numerous parts that have not corrected the issue. And a General Manager " Christopher Kosa" who seemed not to care very much about my concerns or business. I am very dissatisfied with the service here. The dealership has had my vehicle for over a week, I've replaced 4-5 parts and still the same issue. Mr.Kosa even suggested that I take my business elsewhere which as a salesman you should never turn away customers, atleast I would think. I've requested a courtesy vehicle for almost a week and then only reply I get is that we don't have one available. I spoke with the parts manager (Jeremy) and all he advised was that he was not paying for a vehicle over the weekend. Meanwhile I'm a full-time graduate student, and I work a full-time job.
