Saved Our Vacation—When our air conditioning stopped working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was n working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was needed, and no OEM part was available for our old Mazda2. They found a compatible compressor and got it delivered the next day. Though delivery was delayed - twice - the service tech and service advisor (Cassidy again) both stayed late to see that the parts were installed, the system was charged with coolant, and everything was working properly so we could drive back home - 6-1/2 hours away - the next day. We sincerely appreciate their dedication. More

Winston is very professional and modest. He doesn’t propose to sell anything to you unless it is needed. Very detailed and goes above and beyond to secure customer satisfaction. Mazda sends you a detailed video of the service that’s done for your car and it connects customer and service together. More
