Saved Our Vacation—When our air conditioning stopped working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was n working (in July, naturally!) on Sanibel Island, Cassidy at Mazda of Fort Myers scheduled a diagnostic appointment right away. A new compressor was needed, and no OEM part was available for our old Mazda2. They found a compatible compressor and got it delivered the next day. Though delivery was delayed - twice - the service tech and service advisor (Cassidy again) both stayed late to see that the parts were installed, the system was charged with coolant, and everything was working properly so we could drive back home - 6-1/2 hours away - the next day. We sincerely appreciate their dedication. More

After a horrible experience at Naples Mazda, I decided to go to Mazda of Fort Myers and was pleasantly surprised. They were much nicer and friendlier and seemed to care more about helping me than helping the go to Mazda of Fort Myers and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to negotiate a new CX-50 and picked it up 5 days later after they searched other dealerships to find the color I wanted. If you are in the market for a Mazda do yourself a favor and start here. Also, avoid Naples Mazda at all cost, as they WILL try to screw you! More
