Marco in the service department is awesome! ! He took care of all my issues and concerns. He kept me informed throughout my whole experience and gave me a loaner car so I could go run my errands ! All in all Mazda was great. Everyone in there were very nice and knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They didn’t push me into doing something I didn’t want to do. I bought 3 cars from them. I have to say my experience with the O’Brien mazda dealership has been extremely positive. The service provided is always top notched and respectful of my concerns. The last service attendant went be dealership has been extremely positive. The service provided is always top notched and respectful of my concerns. The last service attendant went beyond and above to instill my battery was under warranty and replaced it that day. He was someone new as I always used Winston.
