As soon as we arrived we were asked how much we wanted to spend without looking at a car. Then they showed a car they said was just traded in. It had no dealer pricing at all. When I asked for the VIN numbe spend without looking at a car. Then they showed a car they said was just traded in. It had no dealer pricing at all. When I asked for the VIN number, I was told I could look it up on the internet. Well I did and found out their finance manager had priced it much hire than it was listed on their web site. We walked away, then they called us and said they have another car to see. This car also did have a dealer pricing sticker on it. The sales guy said it would be high twenties to low thirties. His manager quoted us $31,990.00. When we went to finance, there was a $300.00 discrepancy right off the bat and ridiculous fees stuffed in their overall out the door price list. They wouldn't lower their fees, so we walked out. When they called again, we told them, "we will be looking elsewhere". We went to Mazda of Palm Beach where we received way better service and a much better price! It was definitely worth the two our drive. More

Very poorly run sales department. They are price gouging on there vehicles. Was quoted 650 dollars a month for a Mazda cx5 msrp of 31k. Dealership was nice as pie when selling car, 900 miles later when the brand new car stopped working they werent much help. Wouldnt offer a lender vehicle. Service acted like they couldnt care less.
