My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! Do not buy a new Mazda!!! Do not buy a Mazda the new CX-5 is not a good car and Mazda of North America does not care about there customers! You spend over 35000 dollars on a car that the stuff you pay for does not work and makes noise that the technician says sorry Mazda says it's normal even though the noise develops after purchase. So if you want a car that costs over 35000 dollars and the advertised features like talking on the phone don't work and will develop a noise they will tell you is normal!!! Then please buy a CX5!!!! More

Worest place I have ever did business with. Almost every compliant I have is towards their worthless service team. I seem to have to come back at least 2 to 4 times to get any thing fixed and th Almost every compliant I have is towards their worthless service team. I seem to have to come back at least 2 to 4 times to get any thing fixed and they want it left there all day, one time 2 days for a detail and buff work done. They told my wife to go down this morning to look at why our windshield sprayer doesn't work, but when she went in at 7 am they told her she would have to leave it there. The last time we brought our car in before this they forgot to tighten any of the lug nuts, so they rattled loose- yes they could have killed my family. I wound up trading in that car and got a difee rent on since my wife didn't feel safe driving it anymore. Needless to say if it wasn't under warranty I would have no business with these people. Sales team is super nice, but the first one I dealt with tried to rib me off saying something wasn't in the deal and refused to even look at original paperwork. I had to go home and get my paperwork to prove that they owed roof rack bars to me. Like I said plan on taking 2 to 4 visits to get anything done here. When I got my new car from them it took 4 visit's each time leaving the car for the whole day to get it fixed. On top of that they sold me something that couldn't even go on my car, and I had to get them to mail me a check. More

Poor knowledge, execution and communication My purchase experience was relatively good (for a dealership) the service department is terrible. On one occasion I sat and listened to an adviser complain about the amount of call in 's and the lack of staff, telling another adviser if they were not going to book any more appointments that day because of it. On another occasion I was told there was no way they could fix my music/WiFi conection, another dealership fixed it in 30 minutes. Finally, I was told 3 different stories of what acceptible oil consumption was before an adviser told me 5 quarts between oil changes was within guidelines..... really 5 quarts and 2 other different guidelines before that. And their loaner cars are filthy, mine smelled musty and had fries and other food reminents on floor and seats, total lack of pride and care for customers. I've moved on. More

As a courtesy, they automatically wash your vehicle and vacuum the interior as well. I stopped in on a late morning on a Friday - my service was complete in just a little over an hour. I was also sent an email notice letting me know that the work was complete. Quality service and a very professional staff. More
