Service above and beyond I have been going to Elk Grove Mazda for almost 2 years for service of my previous Mazda. I took my new car in for its first service appt last month. I have been going to Elk Grove Mazda for almost 2 years for service of my previous Mazda. I took my new car in for its first service appt last month. I called and got in quickly. EJ and Billy were friendly, efficient, communicated info well, and took excellent care of my car as well as it was clean when I picked it up. I can't remember the last time I received service at a dealership where they seem to truly care about their customers. I live in Lincoln CA but drive all the way to Elk Grove (at least 45 minutes) due to their excellent service and care of their customers, always going above and beyond!. More
