Scratches on my headlights. So I have scratches on.my headlights. I took it back to the shop to ask what happened Mazda is the only person who works on the car. I was told by t So I have scratches on.my headlights. I took it back to the shop to ask what happened Mazda is the only person who works on the car. I was told by the manager that the sun causes these scratches. Never heard of this before. You can feel the grooves on these scratches. If the sun causes the front to scratch then why are the back tail light not scratched. I use a UV protection on this car including the lights. I will be taking my car for another opinion. Elk Grove Mazda has done nothing but damage this car since I bought it and I am tired. Katherine Mundt More

Great service visit I went in to get my mazda3 slide skirts and a front lip. I left my car with Kyle and he had the responsibility to send the vehicle to Customs to tint I went in to get my mazda3 slide skirts and a front lip. I left my car with Kyle and he had the responsibility to send the vehicle to Customs to tint the windows as well. Billy was Amazing! I took my car to Mazda of Elk Grove because my check engine light was on and my car shut down while I was driving. I have never had to take my car to I took my car to Mazda of Elk Grove because my check engine light was on and my car shut down while I was driving. I have never had to take my car to a service center before for anything major and had never experienced any problems with my vehicle. Billy was very patient and took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me and even pulled up pictures so I would get an idea of what was done. He also made sure to call and give me updates on what was going on and assured me that the mechanics would find out what was wrong which made me feel at ease. The issue with my car was very tricky so when my check engine light came back on the Mazda of Elk Grove got my car in and did not give up till it was fixed and completed everything with out charging me the second time around. More

They are on top of it. Came in for an oil change and VJ saw my sway bar links were worn out. I could hear some noises when I hit a bump.
