5pm Saturday Appt I was able to schedule my maintenance appt online the day before, which was awesome. I arrived early and Chris checked me in, but because of a miscomm I was able to schedule my maintenance appt online the day before, which was awesome. I arrived early and Chris checked me in, but because of a miscommunication he wasn't able to assist me with my service, so I was passed to Freddy. I was never given an estimate to sign and even tho I specifically requested that no tire rotation be done, it was not communicated successfully to Freddy, and the rotation was done anyway. They couldn't correct it so close to closing time so Freddy put in a free tire rotation in my account for the future. I'm not happy with how things ended up, and I'll probably need another tire rotation soon, but they tried to fix the error. My advice when you go in, make sure you sign the estimate before you sit down in the waiting room, so your request is clear before the work begins. More
